Recruitment of post-doctoral (lecturer) faculty

The selected candidates are hired as lecturers, managed as post-doctoral fellows, and enjoy relevant treatments for lecturers and post-doctoral fellows.
Candidates can apply for a prospective professor or prospective associate professor during the appointment period, and they will be appointed according to the corresponding position after passing the appointment; if the appointment period is over, the school will not renew the appointment if they fail to be hired as an associate professor or above.
The age is generally not more than 30 years old;
