After individual application, school review, the National Postdoctoral Management Committee Office organized review and selected the "Postdoctoral International Exchange Program" introduced project personnel, and the school hired as the "Postdoctoral International Exchange Program" introduced project postdoctoral researcher. The funding period for the introduction of the project is 2 years, and the funding is jointly borne by the Office of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee and the school.

Declaration conditions
The age is generally not more than 35 years old;

Foreign nationals who have obtained a doctorate degree in the past 3 years or who have returned to China after studying abroad;

The applicant's doctoral graduate school should be among the top 100 universities in the world, or its doctoral degree should be ranked among the top 100 in the world. For applicants from countries along the “Belt and Road”, the conditions can be relaxed to the top 3 universities in the country with a doctoral degree;

Be able to ensure that the post-doctoral research work in the school is not less than 20 months;

Obtained outstanding research results during the PhD degree period;

Personnel from non-English speaking countries should have good Chinese (or English) listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

Prior to this, he had not received funding for post-doctoral exchange programs or post-doctoral innovative talent support programs.

Relevant treatment
The subsidy standard is 300,000 yuan per person per year (before tax);

Recruitment of post-doctoral (lecturer) faculty
Recruit according to the construction plan of the faculty of the subject, engage in research project research, and undertake teaching assistance, experimental guidance, exercises or other teaching tasks with appropriate workload. The selected candidates are hired as lecturers, managed as post-doctoral fellows, and enjoy relevant treatments for lecturers and post-doctoral fellows.

Candidates can apply for a prospective professor or prospective associate professor during the appointment period, and they will be appointed according to the corresponding position after passing the appointment; if the appointment period is over, the school will not renew the appointment if they fail to be hired as an associate professor or above.

The age is generally not more than 30 years old;

Obtain a doctorate degree from a well-known university at home and abroad;

Obtained outstanding research results during the PhD study period;

Have the potential to become top-notch young talents in the field they are engaged in.

Relevant treatment
The term of appointment is 4 years. According to the teacher training plan and relevant assessment requirements, after the term of appointment expires, you can re-employ for 2 years according to the salary of the lecturer;

The annual salary of teachers and postdoctoral fellows: not less than (before tax) 220,000 yuan, and the school will also pay for them social insurance and housing provident fund; in addition, the school will provide 100,000 yuan per person for scientific research start-up funds.

Each college and scientific research team will issue a certain amount of performance allowance based on the work performance of the selected candidates;

The school will provide additional performance rewards to those who have achieved landmark research results during the employment period;

The school provides turnover housing and other necessary working and living conditions for the selected candidates.
